They did a great job and we appreciated their help!

I can’t say enough nice things about the crew that moved my family across Atlanta on Friday. Professional, fast, careful, and friendly. This was the best experience I have ever had with a moving company.

My furniture was not assembled correctly, I have a large scratch on my dryer, a gauge on my dining room table, a large chipped piece on my other table. a broken leg on my couch. one desk not assembled completely and extra pieces of furniture found, they did not have enough room to load everything so they left some of my furniture. and my refrigerator is dented. I don't know what I am going to find next. Team was very nice and professional but they did not do a good job taking care of my furniture. I have let the office know about most of these things an have not heard back from them either. I paid a good sum to be this disappointed. I will not be using you again and I will warn everyone I know about my experience.

Jatavious and Rico (my movers) were very professional, and completed my move in a timely manner. They had to return back to my property, and did so without complaint. In addition, their attitudes were positive. Thank you!

Jamel, Daniel and Jason were prompt, polite and did not waste any time. It was an extremely hot and muggy day and they just powered through and didn't miss a beat. Jamel was especially professional.

Tarico and Raymond did an excellent job. They were very careful and thoughtful about the move, but still did everything quickly.

The movers were very respectful and very conscious of the time it would take to move. They didn't lollygag or try to run up the time to try and get the time passed 2 hours and they took great care of my stuff as well as being cautious when moving everything in. This was my first move to a new place and they made the experience an excellent one.

The crew was hard working and very helpful. My concern, however is as follows:
1. I required two trucks for the move, but the second truck did not have enough straps and paddings to enable fully loading. This left me with many items to move on my own, and extended time required to finish the move.

2. The initial work crew was to consist of 5 men. 6 showed up. The office never called me to let me know that an additional crew member was added.
3. The crew did not move weights from my weight lifting set. I dismantled the weight machine, and the crew moved that item, but left the weights. Not sure why, when some of the furniture they moved were significantly heavier than my heaviest weight plate of 35 lbs.

I paid a good sum for the move. Rate it 7 out of 10 overall.
