Movers worked quickly and carefully. All items were moved in 30 min and everything was in good shape. Office staff tried to charge me for two mattress bags that movers refunded as unnecessary. I appreciate them thinking rationally about the situation.

Though your movers were excellent, your office staff dropped the ball and did not schedule the services I requested. Forcing me to take off time and do the rest myself. I am very displeased and will not be recommending your company.
