From the phone to the Loganville office, to the follow-up and confirmation emails, the office staff (Nadia) was very professional and knowledgable and pleasant to deal with. Our drivers (Avery J. & Antonio J.) were both very professional and a joy to work with. They were very pleasant and accommodating. I have never seen a two man crew work harder or more in sync than these two gentlemen. A+A+A+A+A+A+A+A+A+A+A+A+. Avery and Antonio were truly the best and employed a stellar work ethic rivaled by none I've ever seen. They truly represented and did Two Men and a Truck proud!!! If I have a need for moving in the future, I would use this office and request these two hard working men.

The team shoewed up and did a great job, but we're about 4.5 hours later than expected. There were no phone calls made to me to inform me of the tardiness, I had to proactively call the office

Poor care taken in handling personal property shipped! Too many items chipped, nicked, broken, on carelessly handled,
No attentioned giver to customer care...

We were very pleased with the 5 gentlemen that handled our move (Mike, Jeremy,Roberto, Pierre,Matthew). They were very professional and worked quickly to load the 2 trucks for our move. Glass on one a door of a cabinet was broken; they took measurements and a week later brought new glass; wasn't correct so following week they brought correct glass (65 miles each way). There was a small dent on door of stainless steel refrigerator that we were compensated with a check for $120. Our issue was with the sales person Joanie. She told us our move would be load Monday and deliver Tuesday due to distance. We requested it to all be done in one day and she said she'd see what she could do. She scheduled it for Tuesday but never told us of change. We were angry when no one showed on Monday.

The crew showed up when expected and worked quickly to wrap items up and to load everything up without incident. We had a 3 story townhouse and there were lots of stairs involved but they did a great job getting everything out and unloaded at the new place. I would highly recommend this company as they helped eliminate a lot of the moving stress.

Two Men and a Truck was easy to work with and very accommodating. The gentleman that moved us were the greatest! They worked very hard and deserve a raise.
