We needed to turn a move around quickly with a couple drop off points and they handled the details very well. I had a damaged piece (no neglect things just sometimes happen) and they handled the claim very fairly. I would use them again and recommend them highly.

The movers were too slow. I used the company based on my previous experience which was outstanding. The attitudes and professionalism was pretty good. No issue there. They were just too low energy on someone else's dime. In a business where time is money its unfair to the customer to not move with a sense of urgency. I would probably think twice about using the company again. I'm undecided at this point.
