I had a great experience with Two men and a Truck! Darnell, Jim, and Steve were awesome. I will request them again if/when we move again!

Overall, I'm pleased. A couple of items were broken. One ( glass in hutch ) has been fixed and the other re desk is scheduled to be fixed tomorrow

Overall, my move went well. The crew was very professional and helpful. The lead explained all aspects of the move and answered all of my questions and responded to my request respectfully. The only thing that I would recommend is the the crew has the appropriate tools needed to disassemble and assemble furniture or the representative let the customer know to have tools available. I did have some tools available. However, if I did not my experience would have been disastrous.

I have used Two Men and A Truck on three past occasions for my household moves. The service was excellent and I was very pleased. That is why it was so easy for me to chose Two Men and A Truck for my retirement move. Although the Movers were nice and had great attitudes, they were unable to handle weight of my furniture as Two Men and A Truck have in my past moves. A few deep nicks in the hallway wall, the banisters scraped from top to bottom and a hole the Armoire of my bedroom furniture were the most disappointing. Because of hours and time, unloaded boxes that were labeled for room location and other miscellaneous items align the walls of my garage. This was a bad move experience for me with Two Men and A Truck and my judgement of the company is very mixed now.

Overall, I enjoyed my experience with the company. The moving crew was nice and professional. The price was a little bit expensive compared to some other companies but overall I am satisfied.

Overall they did a good job. I only had a few issues. My new mattress was stained where the mover gripped it to move it. They should use mattress covers. I had two glass tables and the movers lost the plastic pieces that sit between the glass and the frame. I did not find this until after they left. They should have just told me.
