The team didn't know how to explain the insurance. They did call the office to get someone to help them explain it. They did a good job and seemed very careful not to scratch walls or floors. They worked very hard and very fast and made sure to put everything where we wanted it.

My movers were awesome! They worked with us very well and they also worked together well. They were very patient and explained the process and procedures to me very thoroughly. I would definitely use TMAAT again in the future!

It had been 22 years since our last move. Two men and a truck helped us transition smoothly every step of the way. From boxes to the actual move to customer support our experience could not have been better. Thank you!

I have used 2 Men several times to move Model Homes in new communities. Weather it's from one city to another, or simply moving 2 doors down in the same community, they are always very professional. I always call the Stockbridge office to move us even if the home is in Gwinnett. The gentlemen are courteous in everything they do. The furniture is carefully covered and moved each time. I will continue to use the Stockbridge 2 Men.... I have 2 more moves coming up in the next 30-45 days. So, I'll see you again soon

I used Two Men and a Truck in the past for two local moves. My experience was positive. This is the first contract for a state to state move. Two Men gave us the best price. However, the price ended up being higher than the other bid because the Two Men rep miscalculated the required space for our belongings. This poor planning on his part created anxiety and financial hardship on my family. The moving crew was great.

Overall very much satisfied with my experience with Two Men and a Truck. Only area of needed improvement would be answering the phone when calling for appointments. I had to call multiple times before I got an answer, but worth the wait.

Think the truck fee of 100 is excessive.

Your guys were great but, your office was nothing short of frustrating and waste of time. I started the estimation process around 10:00 am and received a properly completed estimate at 4:09 after 7 or 8 phone calls. I was bounced around to 4 different people during the process; I finally insisted on speaking with a manager after playing telephone ping pong with your disconnected staff for nearly 6 hours in order to obtain an estimate. Additionally I was told that the mattress pads were mandatory and would be provided for $7 each. This was fine for us because we intended on purchasing them ourselves but when I was told we could keep them we opted not to get our own. When we arrived at the destination, guess what, no mattress pads on our mattresses because no one bothered to tell your guys.

We needed help moving the big stuff, but being a single mom I can only afford so much. The staff was extremely helpful in getting the price as low as possible and the moving team didn't waste anytime. They were careful but effecient and quick so that they stayed within my budget. I really appreciated having them to help move the big stuff and help set some of it back it. It was tremendously helpful!
