The movers were very pleasant, on-time, had manners and were very professional and great to work with.

The problem began with damage to a dining table not being secured in the truck. The workman in charge admitted he did not tie it down. He said the company would take it to be repaired if it was possible to do so. The move was on 9/17/18. I waited for several days expecting to hear that it had been sent to be repaired. The first information I received was that the coverage for the damage would be $66.00 and this was sent by e-mail not by a person. The reason for my displeasure was the lack of communication. I called your office 9/21,9/24,9/26/,9/28 and was given the "run around of excuses" Early on I was told the table would be sent to Summers Furniture Restoration. Not one from your office notified me where the table was. Why were my calls not answered? I will not be using your services .

I would suggest that the movers be mindful of walking on floors and carpets.

I own a small hardwood flooring company. Your movers enable my company to professionally have my customers furniture moved uot of and back into their home so we can do our job. You're an asset to my company!!

Today, September 28, 2018 I was going to make up the bed that was delivered and supposed put together by the men and the frame came apart. Frame was not secured and installed properly.

The office opens early,the office staff member I spoke with was courteous and helpful, called before arriving ,came on time, introduced themselves and worked efficiently and in a timely fashion. Everything went well like clockwork. I received a call from the office halfway to make sure all was well. There was an accident on the way and traffic was at a virtual standstill. Unbeknownst to me they had used an app to bypass the accident and arrived on time. I was impressed. The truck was unloaded, and furniture and everything assembled efficiently. The surprising thing they did all without letting me feel hurried or uncomfortable. Well run company.

I had heard about this company for years but never had a need for their services. When I moved my mother out of my home and into assisted living, I needed to do it with two days' notice, and they were pleased to help me. The men who moved her were here on time, extremely polite, and worked diligently the entire time they were here. They wasted no time, but continued to be pleasant, and damaged nothing. I would use Two Men and a Truck for every move I make because of the service they gave and the positive attitudes they all had. Great experience!!!

The moving went smooth and nice. The movers were professional on the way they handled our things. They were also very nice team, with good human relation. Thanks for the wonderful job done.
