The moving team smelled like alcohol. The driver ran into the storage unit building where my things were moved and left without reporting it. Owner of storage unit saw it on camera and called me the next day to find out about the movers. Completely unacceptable to hit a building and drive off!!!

They were all professional and treated my belongings and my family as if they really did care. It’s great to see that kind of service still exists. There was, though, a little damage to our home that we are still waiting for the reimbursement. Please advise on that.

My primary mover was Terry Scales. He was phenomenal! Was everything and more that I could have wished for in a mover. He was timely, professional, friendly, efficient, provided excellent suggestions, and went out of his way to provide help. For example, when he stacked my boxes in the storage facility, you couldn't see the tops with contents written on them. He re-wrote the contents of each box on the side so I could see at a glance the contents. His team of Jabari (JB) and Pierre were also OUTSTANDING! I would hardily recommend Terry and his team to anyone wanting to do a top-notch move and intend to recommend them myself as I am a realtor and have many clients requesting a name and #.
