The insurance for your move was not explained very good. The movers damaged my $4000.00 TV and the General manager told me that she could send me a check for $118 dollars, this is obsurd and very offensive that thus company did not insure that my house holds were packaged and stored properly. I initially signed the waiver for insurance for the packing of my items, however, I didn't sign the form again when they were moving my items. In short, I have never heard of a company being bonded and insured but I have to recoop the cost of my damaged items.

This was a very difficult move for so many reasons. The contents contained lots of junk and filth. And way more than the movers anticipated or even I anticipated. The situation in the household is a difficult one whereby I was moving my elderly mother out of her house while my brother and his family had moved in the house that i pay for i welcomed and unwanted and they are being evicted. They are hoarders and slobs. It was a nightmare situation. But your movers were so excellent. Especially Terrance and Terry. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone. Thank you for your excellent service.

Jaliel and Alphonso at the Smyrna, GA location were amazing! Very professional, great energy, efficient, super helpful, prompt, excellent communicators...I can’t say enough about them. I’ve already referred them to two family members that will be moving soon. I would definitely use Two Men and a Truck again, and request Jaliel and Alphonso.

We interviewed three companies for our interstate move and Two Men And A Truck was the clear choice for us. Matt answered all of our questions, clearly explained the process and made us feel comfortable that the job would be done right. He was quick to respond when we had more questions in the days coming up to our move. On move day, Demarcus and James were awesome to work with. They wrapped our furniture and loaded the truck in record time. They were courteous, cheerful and friendly even though it was pouring down rain the entire time. The unloading side when just as well as the loading. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Did not pick up many items on the list.Told it was because the truck was full because many items picked up were not on the list. I compared the list of what was picked up with the list that was given to them when I set this up and found four items that were not on the list that were picked up. I had 20 items on the list that were not picked up. Also, I gave one washer/dryer not on list to the drivers with understanding no charge.Did not know it would keep them from picking up all.
