the biggest complaint is the office pulled up my previous address and not the current address I gave them and the movers didn’t go over the address they are supposed to go to so I got to the storage place and left after the movers and the movers were on their way to the wrong place. someone needs to work on the mobile capability because the information is distorted and it is hard to read.

Terrance and Winston were excellent! This is our 2nd move with them and both experiences were very positive. They are professional, hardworking and each of them has a great attitude and are pleasant to work with. Two exceptional young men! Thank you!

This was my third time using Two Men and a Truck. Each experience has been better than the last. The team was efficient and also careful with fragile things. I would recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone who is moving.

We had 140 chairs to be delivered from Rome, GA on a Monday. The Thursday before delivery, the manufacturer quoted us $3,346 to transport and unload the chairs in the parking lot at our church--$846 to transport, $2500 to unload. This did not include bringing them into the sanctuary. We called Two Men and a Truck Friday morning for a quote and availability. They gave us 3 men and one truck and only charged us $720. The men also brought all the chairs into the sanctuary and helped set them up. We were so pleased with the service that we gave $100 tip. We highly recommend Two Men and a Truck. Transaction completed via phone & email. A team of (3) arrived on time, were very courteous & represented themselves and the company with the utmos decorum. "MY ONLY COMPLAINT," we were told by sales and led to believe by the movers during walk through, on move day, that one truck would be sufficient for a 1980 sqft home. Prior to move day, we DIYed countless 5x10 trailer and full size pickup loads (4 or more) from the old to the new residence. When all was done, we still had 2 full truck and trailer loads we had to DIY move. After having spent weeks preparing for thia move, we felt let down by a process. Each team member received a $70 tip, were fed breakfast, and lunch of their choice and received a parting gift. We did our part, the process was failed.

Two Men and a Truck are fantastic! The office was quick to respond to a quote I made online, gave me a clear estimate, explained how all the charges work, and what to expect from the moving crew. The moving crew themselves were excellent. Kevin and Keel (I think that's his name) were courteous, efficient, and professional. They completed the whole move (local, 30 miles) in four hours and didn't have a single issue. These guys managed to haul some of the heaviest furniture up three flights of stairs and didn't complain once. I've heard some horror stories about moving companies from various sources and was initially concerned that I would experience them for myself, but Two Men and a Truck alleviated my fears and got the job done. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Both times that I spoke with Kenya in the office I was very impressed with her great customer service skills and how thorough she was. I even told her that she is great at her job. The 3 movers that did my move were very careful with my furniture. They worked very quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them to others and would use them again. I was very please with the service from beginning to end.

I was very pleased with the services provided. However, on this occasion my king size mattress handle was practically ripped off. I actually heard it rip when the movers were lifting it (they did not use a mattress pad) and he denied it was torn. I took a picture, sent it to the operations manager, heard nothing back for 3 days and now 12 days after the move I am still waiting for a response and remedy. Without this incident and delay in response, I would have been an extremely happy customer once again.
