I was told the movers should have only taken 4-6 hrs tops and ended up taking double the time! Everything was boxed ! Just slow at moving! I’m very disappointed in the amount of time it took! Even though I still gave them a tip only on the recommendations of the person I moved from. I had to movers that moved from Michigan to Georgia loaded unloaded loaded and unloaded and less time than it took these movers in the day they took to move from one place to the other I would not recommend this location !

The guys were great. Very professional and hard working. They moved faster than any other service we have used. Our only complaint is that no one informed us they could not disconnect the water lines to the washer or remove refrigerator doors so that it could be moved out of the house.

Moving crew was top notch. The company should be glad to have them. The individual who set up the move seemed more concerned with "winning the sale" and talking the low cost options than understanding that what I needed was to have two men and a truck get me packed and moved and that I didn't want to deal with it. In the end my family had to scramble at the end of the day to get items out of the house because the truck filled up before the house was empty. It's not good enough to say that as the owner I control the move and could have asked for a 2nd truck to be sent. I don't move for a living and therefore expect the people I talk to to let me know what I need. In the long run the moving crew saved the day and I will still recommend the company, but will tell people to pay attentio.

The piano was definitely a problem for them. There were several scratches from the dolly by the time they were done. It was not wrapped to prevent damage. The truck was so full it barely fit on at the end, so it was difficult to get out at the first stop. My daughter, who took the piano, is debating filing an insurance claim, but is out of town on business this week. I hope to let you know as soon as possible.

ANDREW
Both guys worked hard all day in very hot weather. They were careful with our stuff and had very positive attitudes throughout a long day. Could have used a bigger truck, so worth considering having one of your team visit in advance to check this out.

The mover in charge was not very friendly. The other two were polite and responsive to my comments, but the lead person seemed bothered. They did not bag the mattresses and I thought they would. They turned items up on their side unnecessarily losing file folder frames in a cabinet that I have yet to find. And pieces of a footboard were chipped.
