Randy, Pierre, and Warren were an exceptional team. They were polite and took special care of our belongings during the move. They had to be creative and strategic packing the the items (many very heavy) into a storage unit to ensure everything fit and we did not need to reserve another overflow unit across the property. With their hard work we were able to fit everything in a tidy and orderly fashion. I plan to use Two Men and a Truck again when we move from the storage unit to a home in 2020.

Although one of the guys quit on the job, the others on the team and the area supervisor who came to fill in did a great job with the move. Very friendly and efficient group of guys!

The crew was friendly, introducing themselves right away. Very pleasant all day. Hard workers. A couple of scratches on furniture - should be able to cover those with some wood stain. Overall, it was a great move. Will definitely recommend you!

Movers truly cared about me, asked how I was doing, were polite and respectful. Packers were not very careful with things going into boxes though. For example, a dish with paper clips was not put into a bag or wrapped, things like that. Items would fall out and one dish was broken that was on the bottom of a heavy box and had no padding underneath it. But I enjoyed working with the packers and the movers. Thank you.

The move was great and the guys were excellent except for one thing.
There was a fairly large gouge in the top of a small table that they moved for us. I found this the following day when I was turning the table back to its right side, which was already odd. Looking back, I can say they sought to hide the damage by first placing a moving blanket over the top of it while unloading the rest of the truck to hide the damage. Then when it was put into the room in the home it was placed upside down with the top down on the carpet. There is absolutely no other reason to put a table upside down other than to have wanted to hide this damage. I'dont want anything for this, I just think its screwed up to do something like this and then think I'm to dumb to notice

One large piece of furniture is missing; several piece of furniture was scratched and had trim pieces missing. Jewelry box was damaged. I was told moving blankets would be removed from pieces once they were put in storage; but I was amazed at amount of damaged. If I recommend your service it would come with the recommendation to buy your own blanket or not to let Two Men and a Truck store. Your staff was polite and completely will to help.

My 2 movers were good! But they had to go down 2 flights and up 3, only 1 breezeway over. they said someone marked I had an elevator. I don’t! I had a sleeper sofa which I called office and reiterated that I had sleeper and at least 30 boxes with just a one bedroom and many stairs. After 4 hrs they said I was going over my time. Your company should have sent 3 men. With so many stairs. I had to call the maintenance here at my complex and I paid them after they were off to move the rest. I have a history of open heart surgery so I could not do this on my own. My new couch was not covered when moved and has a giant stain. Also my new bed has black all down the side! So no I will hire privately next time or wrap my furniture myself! Which I was told was a service included so I didn’t wrap

Customer service was overall good, but it was difficult getting a call back from the office. Friendly staff. Movers were very nice and courteous, but they damaged several custom furniture pieces by failing to properly protect them and then turning them on their sides on concrete surfaces. They also would leave the residence without communicating departure. We chose to get insurance in case of damage with a $300 deductible, and what do you know—the damage was assessed at just below $300... :( Overall, the experience would have been good had it not been for these issues.

Noticed some scars on wood floor of the steps and a couple on furniture is why i couldn't give an excellent rating. The guys were nice and had good attitudes.
