Asked for a certain team, was told 2 of the 3 that I requested would be who was assigned…3 completely different guys showed up. Same move as previous that took 5-6 hours took 10 hrs costing me much more than anticipated. Crew members were very nice but not very organized which led to not fitting all of my stuff on the truck and me having to move the rest myself…what I was ultimately paying $2k for

We always try to accommodate same crew requests, but unfortunately operationally that was not possible with this move. I am also sorry to hear that not all of your items could fit within the confines of the truck for this move. Second team in one year for two house moves. Both teams where amazing, courteous and looked after our belongings. (Even moving things again when I had put heavy furniture in the wrong room)
