Movers moved fabric club chairs onto their back and started to slide them on carpet until I stopped them. They damaged a leather loved seat. I took pics and they documented it on the moving papers, and called their office to let them know. They said someone from the office would contact me; they never did. I have called the office four (4) times to tell them the issue and each time they tell me their corporate manager would call me. I have still not been contacted and my loveseat is still damaged.

The overall experience was good and I plan to use them for my next move. However, I was aggravated that they came with furniture in the truck that was their own and took up space so not all of my items fit in the truck. They also left 2 dresser drawers in my trash that I had to pay to have brought to the dump.

I am very pleased with our moving experience. My Mom's furniture had to be delivered to 3 different family members home. The men went right to work and got everything done in a timely manner.

Truck was not equipped with necessary tools so took longer than necessary and I paid for that mistake. Also, truck arrived late.

I have to say that I was very impressed with the service I received. There were only 2 men that were there to help and they worked without any breaks and got everything done in a timely manner. I originally had 4 people moving me in with another company (there was more stuff) and it took them twice as long. I appreciate the professionalism and efficiency of the 2 men that helped me move. I will be recommending 2 men and truck for anyone I know that is moving!!!
