I booked my move for a Saturday and because of inclement weather I was notified a few hours before the movers were to arrive that I would be pushed to Monday. I asked the guy who called me to request that the movers arrive at 7:30 or no later than 8:00 AM and was told that he would ask them. The movers showed up andquot;on timeandquot; at about 9:30 and according to them they were never even given the opportunity to arrive early because they were never asked. Thankfully I moved everything I could handle on my own so the movers finished just when the construction was starting. I was very disappointed that after cancelling my move no accommodation was even attempted to make sure my needs were met.

The movers were great. They worked continuously, never goofed off, were very careful with my furniture.

Third time using them and have always been pleased. On time, polite and took good care of the furniture while moving. Some items were large and heavy.

Very expensive. I had little time to find movers. So not worth the cost but I had no option. Paid over $500 to move about 7 pieces of furniture about 10 miles.
