Giving Back to Atlanta

We've partnered with The Women's Resource Center for Domestic Violence during Movers for Moms® for the second-straight year! Our awesome partners – Brookdale Senior Living, Windsor by Morningside, and 3131 by Cortland – have help collect essential items for mothers in need. Many thanks to our wonderful partners!

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Morningside loves giving back! Our staff has partnered with Ahimsa House for the past two years and loved every minute! Movers for Mutts is an annual pet-friendly program dedicated to support stray and foster animals.

Action Ministries provides meals, housing, continuing education programs, and volunteers for families in low-income or homeless settings. We’re happy to help move donated items and deliver furniture for Action Ministries!

Helping their community through discounted accommodations, that’s what the Initiative for Affordable Housing Inc. is about! Families need a safe place to call home. That’s why we’re proud to have helped move families and donated items for IFAHI!

Your Morningside Movers love Decatur! We teamed up with Page Turners Make Great Learners to give books to kids at Snapfinger Elementary School. Page Turners Make Great Learners and CBS46 Cares came together to give over 600 kids new books to read. The students at Snapfinger Elementary were able to take a backpack full of 4 books home! TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Morningside has partnered with Positive American Youth to give back to our ITP communities. Positive American Youth supports Atlanta through single parent families, youth career development and by inspiring youth to be the best they can possibly be. With Mother's Day around the corner, we're teaming up with PAY USA again! Even though Movers for Moms is an international program, in Atlanta it hits home. Movers for Moms® is a community collective. Join us by;

• Volunteering(opens in a new window) during pantry hours 
• Help set up or break down community events
• Volunteering as a mentor(opens in a new window) though youth career building activities

Safe America Foundation recognizes the need for driver education, defensive driving, veteran’s assistance, and preparedness programing. They also specialize in educating youth! We’re grateful to give back to the Safe America Foundation by moving donated items for them.

Getting our youth off the streets and into an educated, healthy, and positive atmosphere is exactly how Stand Up for Kids gives back! Stand Up for Kids uses medical help, GED assistance, housing, mentoring, alternative schools, and food assistance to elevate homeless kids. We’re excited to help Stand Up for Kids move donated items!
