The move was extremely too long due to not enough staff reserved for the job. Your company was not willing to provide a discount for an excessive long time for a move from a townhome less than 2000 Sq feet

I have used this company to move before and was recommended by family. This team of movers argued when requested boxes to go into certain rooms, wanted to remove a door frame instead of removing a blanket and carefully moving a dryer through a door, put furniture into the wrong room when instructed, initially refused to reassemble tables when same company took them apart for storage. When manager offered to come out to assemble the beds that were not put together, he gave a time span of after 12 but would actually be there until after 3 I had to cancel, And the manager never called back to reschedule.

The moving team was so fantastic!!!!! very professional, polite and just the nice group of gentlemen we have ever encounter. It made us want to move again!
Your office staff was great also. Your sales person was good given the quote but, after that was impossible to get him to return my 4 phone calls.

I believe the team lead was Vince- he had two gentlemen with him- one was a trainer- all three of these guys Rocked! They were all patience, kind and very careful. We were moving our mom into an assisted living and they took the time to talk with her and let her feel as though she was in charge. They took great care in moving her furniture and moved it around for her in her new home. They even blessed her when they were done. These guys are the BEST! They are truly Customer Service Champions for your company.

Both of my movers were polite, efficient, and went above and beyond to take care and make my move less stressful....the only downside, they couldn't stay and unpack my belongings and hang my pics..jk. Very professional.
