Until the day of the move we had no idea that there were items that could not br moved, such as liquids and fans. Had we had known of this policy we would have been able to make prior arrangements. I also do not believe that the trucks were effectively loaded based on the fact that I had to borrow a trailer from a friend to move things after your company was finished.

Overall, very pleased with the movers. However, I thought the wrappingof the furniture could have been much better. They did not have any shrink wrap only blankets and tape. We provided many moving blankets for the sofa and one chair because they were going to stay wrapped until removed from storage later. Blankets did not completely cover the sofa and skirt was exposed. Might need some training on how to better wrap sofas. Provided cash gratuity to lead person. Hopefully was shared with helper. Would use Two Men and a Truck again but would question the experience and wrapping abilities.

Lamar and laranie were very nice and did a great job. My only complaint was not being notified of these 6 PM arrival time when I was told they would be there at 1 PM.

Two Men and a Truck are absolutely wonderful. This is the third time we have used them over the last 13 years. From the first phone call to schedule to the very end....flawless! I needed to move my mom from her apartment. Half to storage half to my house. I was very stressed trying to get everything ready for the movers. When they arrived, within minutes I felt calm and the stress went away! Julie took care of all the scheduling and communication throughout and everything went according to plan and the movers were very courteous and careful. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone looking for a moving company!

The moving experience itself was fine. I knew that my stuff would be taken care of, and it was. I am upset, though, that because my move was to a storage unit I suddenly became a suspicious character. I had to pay for the 2 hour minimum up front AND anything over that had to be paid to in cash. My debit card was enough to book the move, but not good enough to pay any overage with? I used a different company last month to move my goods into storage and they didn’t demand I pay in cash, nor did they demand I pay up front. I’m torn as to what to do when leaving storage. I like the commitment to excellence the MOVING staff has. But I don’t like being punished for my home selling before I can find another home.

My 2 movers were FANTASTIC. This is my third time using Two Men And a Truck and this was the best yet. They were professional, timely, and could not have worked any harder. And everything arrived in pristine condition. Those guys deserve a raise! I will 100% use Two Men And A Truck again thanks to those guys.

This was our second moving using 2 Men and we couldn't be happier. The sales team was great and the gentlemen who came out to move our home were professional and friendly. Their communication with each other during the move made us feel as if our belongings were in the hand of people who cared and were taking the time to make sure it was done right. Even though it was a lot of work, they had a genuine smile on their face and the jokes and debates made the time seem to fly by. I couldn't have hoped to have a better crew on come into my homes.
