Someone at corporate was supposed to call me back. Nothing.
I had to call a friend because they were such bullies. I was beside myself. She has a huge social media following and plans to spread the word about what she witnessed at this particular location. All in all not cool.
Please accept our apologies for any confusion or curt communication for our move team on the day of your move. However, I am a bit confused, we did speak over the phone during your unloading process (via your friends phone because yours was broken) about your concerns. And we did agree that you would contact me for a follow up call once your phone was repaired.
