Good: On time and extremely polite and courteous.
Bad: 2/3 guys UNTRAINED! 1 young & NOT strong. Slid unprotected furniture on side in truck & on concrete before entering house. Some pieces badly scratched. Stuck tape to wood, pulled off carelessly. Surprised no finish came off. Broke hdbrd. Loaded poorly; we had to make 3 trips extra with 10 ft rented truck. Planned 1 xtra trp. Too much wrk,$ !

2. Do not wish to speak to anyone at this company as it’s useless because there won’t be anything done about it anyway

The whole process was painless and everyone was helpful. Of all the stresses that come with buying a new house and moving this was a huge benefit. A special thank you to the moving team, they worked harder than we could have asked and took very good care of our belongings.

Loved the guys that moved us I had a couple of nicks in the wall of my rental that the management company charged me for that were from furniture coming down the stairs. A couple of things could have been wrapped a little more thoroughly in the truck as some things ended up with scratches on them. It happens.

Wonderful movers. They listen to customer’s needs, explain what they do and get the job done quickly with kindness and care.

This was my second move with Two Men and a Truck and as far as moving goes, it was a great experience. The moving team headed by Antonio was punctual, friendly, courteous and extremely fast. The office team was also very helpful the two times I talked to them. I would definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck to anybody that needs to move locations.
