I used Two Men and a Truck for my recent piano move and it was awful. The men came in with bad attitudes, not listening to instruction on where to put the piano. We asked them to take it to the back, through a small hallway. They scratched the hallway up terribly rushing the piano through, and then gave up and up it in the corner of the living room. The piano and our apartment now have damages.

The movers were professional and moved quickly. My 60 inch Samsung TV was damaged and I can no longer use it. I signed up for the insurance not thinking I would have to use it. I paid $94 for the insurance. Can someone contact me and let me know what the next steps are to come the insurance process and have my TV replaced as soon as possible.

The two men, Daniel and Brandon, that packed up and moved us, were efficient and careful with every item, all the while smiling and making sure we were happy with furniture placement. The actual shipping was professional. Included wrapping & tapping the furniture at a decent speed.
After arriving at the destination, the crew informed me they are leaving for lunch. An hour later they eventually came back. The unloading took about 20 mins. Which could have been done Before their lunch. The crew also charged me for the lunch hour. Totally unprofessional & I will NOT be back.

Do notsend Boys to do a Mans job. I am absolutely traumatized from my experience when I have used your services twice before. They say you get what you pay for. I certainly did not expect to pay for such horrible service. A broken expensive mirror and lamp. Damaged and dirty mattresses and a missing step stole. Now I have to go through a lengthy process to recover. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

The guys were awesome and provide exceptional service the customer service Nadia was excellent I spoke to her a few months back when I had to cancel reservations and she was still able to honor a quote so I am so blessed that we were able to cross paths and she was able to take care of me and she did not forget about me so it was good to know that exceptional customer service still exist

My moving experience with Two Men and a Truck was exceptional. The office was very helpful and scheduled my move in an efficient manner. My moving team of Daniel and Brandon did an excellent job. They called to let me know their arrival time, loaded everything, arrived at my new house and off loaded my furniture with no damage. A great team that I highly recommend.
