They arrived on time and were very professional. The situation I was in was very stressful as my apartment had been involved in a fire. They seemed to understand and tried to be reassuring and kind. Thanks guys,,,

I had 2 trucks and 4 movers. They worked well together. Tim and the other Lead were great as well as the other other two. Had 2 supervisors come..one during load out and one during move in. I would always request this crew but I hope to not need your services again because I never want to mov again...i am too old for this!
The bad...The next day 12/14/17 I realized that I had used my corp credit card and called the office for a credit and rebill..called several times and got kicked to a loop audio and could not get a real person on the line. I then called my sales rep Joannie who said she would get it taken care of... well today on 12/26/17 after my 3rd call to Joannie I finally got my credit email. I do not blame Joannie because she is at the mercy of the office personel. I believe u rl p

Guys helped with items I had thought of and a couple I didn't. There flexibility was really appreciated.

VERY friendly, persoanalities were wonderful, etc.

Bryan and Malik did an excellent job. We would highly recommend and use these two employees again. They were helpful, friendly and efficient.

Our andquot;2 menandquot; were wonderful; can't say enough good things about them. They made whole experience great and knowing we were on the clock, they never took a break until the move was complete, thereby saving us money. A Company is only as good as they employees it hires and keeps. Thank you again!

Marshall and the two guys with him were great! They were very professional and courteous.

my 2 guys Marshall and Rashard were so friendly, professional and knew how to do their job.
They were quick and knowledgeable- will use them again if needed. It made moving to another state less stressful.

Move was scheduled for Friday Dec 8th 2017. After the truck was loaded I was told by office staff that due to weather there would be no delivery that day. We were forced to stay in a Hotel on Friday night expecting delivery on Saturday. Then I was called and told it would be Monday before delivery that they were already booked for delivery for Saturday and Sunday. This is four days that everything I own was sitting on your truck. We had to make arrangements for three night stay and purchase basic supplies and some clothes. They also left numerous items at my home that I had to arrange for three pick up trucks and one SUV to clear the property. I scheduled two drops, my apartment and a garage on the property. After the first drop there battery was dead and resulted in over an hour delay.

From the time they called to say they were on the way to the time they left the parking, everything was perfect. The guys were very prompt andamp; professional! I would hire and recommend this specific team again if ever needed.
