First I like to say the men were nice and hard working they got the job done and I was very happy about that but they didn't bring the boxes I requested no biggy but they sracthed a lot of our furniture I don't know if they need a little more training if they were new or they just didn't care I even seen them caring some boxes upside down

Entire moving team was awesome the rep Alex who booked my move so quickly and followed up. She was amazing. My movers Nas and Coleen were efficient and patient provided excellent service and Chris called and followed up which was great! Pricey but you got me moved as needed.

Derrick and Dashon were great. I would request them if I ever move again!

I couldn’t be happier with your service! The movers all worked hard and were very proficient at wrapping my furniture so there would be no damage. And there wasn’t any!!

The movers begged for a tip the entire time. One of them spent time trying to find a vape he left in one of the rooms. The beds were facing the wrong directions and screws keep falling out after the move. The refund for broken items was not comparable, they tipped dressers upside down so everything was upended. They weren’t able to get everything in the trip and we had to rent a uhaul to finish.

Multiple items were damaged in the move process. The movers themselves were very upfront and apologetic about this, but the staff handling the claim have not been very engaged or responsive. It has now been two weeks since my move and I have received no updates on the status of my claim.

Collin and Ryan were very pleasant and friendly. They were easy to work with to get my items moved in a timely manner. This is the 2nd time I used the service and found it to be very reliable.

The team was so professional and helpful. They really went out of their way to ensure our stuff was all wrapped up for the move

Jose and David did an amazing job! They came in and got to work immediately. They were professional but also fun and made the moving day a fun one!

Cobie and Collin were courteous, professional and easy to work with. I was concerned with moving my things to a second level and they did everything with no issues.
