Moving Team was good. Evidently one member of the 3 man team had minimal experience and required more direction from the lead mover. Move consisted of just furniture, but most was larger pieces and difficulties occurred in both the loading and especially the unloading, thus additional time was required which well exceeded the estimated time requirement. Only problems were items left on truck (still to be delivered) and potted plants left behind.

The movers we're excellent but the people out of state were not good at all. Apparently your call rolls over if locals not available. The local person was very good.

James and DeShawn arrived on time, were professional and friendly. I would say that they were MORE than excellent; they were far superior! They were a cohesive unit that worked well as a team that treated our belongings with the utmost care and they made sure that when they unloaded our items at our destination they placed our things exactly as we wanted them. They are "top shelf!" I don't know what you pay them, but they need to be some of your highest paid guys!

This is my third time using this company and it will likely be my last. There always seems to be a miscommunication between the price I am quoted and what I end up paying. As someone who is retired and on a fixed income this is very frustrating. Also, this time I was given a specific time that the movers would arrive to my storage place and they arrived 5 hours past the time I was originally provided. My son-in-law was the one who met up with them because I am not physically able to. When I received the call I told him to go to the storage place and then I received a call that they would not be able to make it so he had to go back home. It was very inconvenient. I understand that things come up but the company needs to have protocols in place so that customers are not inconvenienced.

The moving team of 4 guys was nothing short of fantastic. Great attention to detail, and the team lead went out of his way to ensure nothing was damaged. Enjoyed working with them. The only 2 items to point out overall: 1) Your website is very easy to use, but when I requested a high level estimate based on the square footage of my house it came back with $3,000. While I knew that was too low, I didn't expect a final cost of $8,500. I'd suggest an adjustment with how your website prices a move - I consider it a bit misleading. 2) The estimator who did come to the house called me 3 days before the move and was concerned he had under estimated the cost. That was too late for me to get an alternative quote. Original estimate ended up being correct, but that interaction wasn't good.
