The two young men who moved us (Jordan and Marcus) were friendly and good, hard workers. They wrapped all our furniture nicely and made sure everything was packed securely on the trucks. We had two friends helping us and they asked if they could request the same two men for their move! Great team!

Everything about the move itself was absolutely wonderful. We cannot day enough great things about our movers, the caution they took with our furniture and walls, and their courteous attitudes. However, when I initially called on a Thursday I was told someone would be in touch by Friday. I never heard back. When I called Monday afternoon there was no record of my call. I would love to see better organization and communication from the front office.

Syrus was a very good manager, and was able help us a lot.

Initially my hiring of your company was good, but the movers left pieces of my furniture on their truck, so we could not assemble our furniture. One of the mover's pressured my wife for additional insurance purchase, such to the degree of saying stuff can be broke during the move and it would not be their fault? Your hired movers? In addition, same mover pressured my wife for a tip before even completing the move? When reporting this to the office, that friendly sales staff that sold me on hiring them, seem not so friendly and helpful now? That's why I rate this move at "poor" overall. When things went wrong they could have really shined, but they chose to minimize the situation. Furniture pieces missing, things happen, but mover's aggressive pushy attitude towards my wife and daughter? NO

They worked with us on scheduling and the entire move was completed in under 3 hours. Great price for the service. The movers were fast and courteous. We would definitely recommend to everyone.

Two Men & A Truck did a very good job in handling & taking good care of my furniture from my old apartment & transporting the furniture to their storage facility. Both of the two gentlemen for Two Men & A Truck were very courteous & professional. I would recommend Two Men & A Truck to family members & friends in the future. Keep up the good work Two Men & A Truck.

The team I had gave great attention to detail in protecting my belongings and made this the best moving experience I've ever had.

We used Two Men and a Truck before so scheduled with them again. I was informed I would receive a call a week before the move to confirm but finally 3 days before the move I called so that I could confirm. The movers were to arrive at 9:30am on Saturday but I received a call that morning at 7am saying the movers were out late and wouldn't be there until 11am. They arrived at 12pm, at least two of them. The third mover did arrive at 2:30. They ran out of tape but continued packing the truck until it filled up but before they were able to take everything to storage. Only after I called did they adjust my charges for over billing for the third mover being late but I never received an adj. for the incomplete move, after many calls to the office. As a result I cannot recommend using them.

The movers were courteous, but young and inexperienced. They had a hard time calculating the hours of actual work (after taking lunch and 2 breaks). After they left, we realized one of the bookshelves was badly scratched and a large picture frame was broken.

The two employee that came to handle my move were amazing. They were professional and had a great attitude! I really appreciate their hard work!
