Every thing went well with my move I’ll consider moving with you again

I have used 2 Men before,so I was confident in using you all again. The team was very courteous, but they were 2 hours late so that threw my schedule off 2 hours. They sent 3 guys. One of whom was his first day. One who seemed new as well because he had to ask what to do next. The lead had to continuously stop to train the both of them. THIS TOOK TIME THAT i PAID FOR. The new guy was not physically capable. Several people were concerned for his well-being, so again, they had to stop to care for him. AGAIN, I HAD TO PAY FOR THIS TIME. One of my tvs was broken and fridge dented. I was told that the tv would be replaced. It was not. There are too many moving companies in the area and I chose the wrong one. This is a far cry from my first experience. I am very disappointed. -Ann

They were late getting to our house, they said they were going to tske a 30 minute lunch break when they finished loading and then would be at new house. 3 hrs later they finally showed up. Said they got lost. They were in a hurry to unload and just threw most of our stuff in basement. Still can't find a lot of our thing. It was a nightmare!

The movers were pleasant and courteous, however the move took longer than it should have. Going from a 1200 as ft apt to a 1300 sq ft house a mile away took 5 hours with 3 men. I made the same move 2 years ago from a house to an apartment 5 miles away and I paid half The amount at that time. The move was overstaffed and the movers seemed to move slowly in between large items. I will more than likely find another company in the future.

These two guys were awesome on the day of my move.

Marcus and James were incredible! They were very polite, professional and diligent. I sincerely appreciate their dedication to their job!

I thought the movers were fabulous and a 5-star team. I thought the office staff gave confusing information. At one point they told me it was a one hour minimum charge to move a table and then wanted to charge me two hours.

This was my 4th experience with your company and as before you did an excellent job and I didn’t even consider calling any other moving company. I always recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone who inquires about “my” movers! Keep up the great work you do and the awesome people you employ!

The estimate given was exceeded by several hundred dollars. The bottom of our love seat was torn, and the drywall was damaged when bringing the love seat down the stairs. We have used your company several times over the years, but won't anymore. I know that in moving accidents can happen, but the time and cost were way over what we were told.
