The local Lawrenceville office did a great job managing our pack and move. Our move date changed, and they handled it seemlessly... The office staff checked in regularly to ensure everything was going smoothly and the onsite packing and moving teams worked diligently to get our local move done w a minimum of hassles. We had minor dings to a few pieces of furniture which they are sending a repair company to address...so I am satisfied w that outcome as well. Considering all my move experiences, I'd rate this move at the top, for a great overall experience! Thanks Two Men!

The guys were right on time and worked steady until complete. They were very helpful and extremely courteous. There were a couple scraps getting large items through door ways and around tight corners, but that is to be expected and I'm not sure anyone could have done any better. I was extremely pleased with the service and will defiantly use them again for any future relocations.

The two drivers were on time. They spent several hours thoroughly wrapping all items, furniture. Both men were courteous and professional and seemed to care. One piece of glass was broken all the way down on the side of a china cabinet during the move. They told me about it immediately. I was disappointed with that and disappointed that I could not be compensated for that somehow, as it will be expensive to repair. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Damaged refrigerator, wall in a brand new house, damaged a chest and did a very poor job of packing also did not mark any boxes.

The truck wasn't packed efficiently. All of my things were not able to fit in the rear. I had to carry the balance of things myself down 2 flights of stairs and put them in my own SUV. The movers could have offered to carry these things for me. Instead they chose to close up the doors and drive away. They also left some things outside my door without telling me, where they sat for two days until I returned. A dresser that they carried on a hand truck was obviously damaged and they tried t hide this by kicking the broken wood underneath the dresser once delivered. I had a nice cash tip in my pocket..... it remained in my pocket.

I was glad that the realtor was able to give me your name to help us move. The one company canceled at the last minute. I know things happen when moving but most experienced movers are aware of lamps and how to carry them down stairs. One worker carried a set by the top and drop one breaking it. My friend was over and was keeping me company her and her husband because my husband had to work. Another of your guys invited himself into our conversation and wouldn’t shut up. He talked for forty minutes until I reminded him he was on the clock. They had to use my supplies and boxes which was fine seeing it was my furniture. Unloading was an event as well. Bed support under king bed wasn’t put back on at all. One of TVs screen was broken. I called several times was told a follow up call No ca

I was told (on the phone) that three men would be there to help with my move and only two men showed up. When I questioned this, the office said they had another man scheduled to come but had to send him somewhere else. It took the two men over 13 hours which would have never happened if three men had been helping. Both myself and the men where overly exhausted by this! The last move I scheduled went well and three men were sent but this one was a whole different experience. Furthermore, oil was left in both driveways from the truck and no one has reached out to take care of this problem. I have requested they clean it up twice. I have another move and will not be using Two Men and A Truck again nor will I recommend to my friends.

We had damage to our house that we were selling - wall missing huge chunk of drywall. Also damage to several pieces of furniture and a dent in our dryer; and 4 pieces of furniture still had shrink wrap that the movers forgot to remove! Not very happy!!!!

Too many items to count were mishandled and damaged. I will be writing a detailed letter.
