2/3 of the guys had horrible attitudes. They talked about my family in Spanish as they assumed I couldn't understand. They were confrontational when I pointed out things that were damaged. The lead was very disrespectful and used language that wasn't appropriate in front of my children while speaking with me about the payment options. Overall, it was an awful experience.

The movers were really slow. I had already packed everything, but it took them a long time to collect the furniture and put in the car. They did not have proper tools to disassemble the bed, so they spent a lot of time on that. There is a $140 initiation fee for moving tools and prep. So i do t understand why we pay this fee. The movers also damaged the door of the new place.

My husband and I moved in the middle of a downpour of rain. Juan, Felious, and Robert never complained and were professional, efficient, and took excellent care of our furniture and boxes. Please give them big, chunky raises. $ Quality service--would definitely recommend!

The overall experience was not that good. I had used your services about 4 years ago and that experience was great! My movers damaged my master bedroom dresser and I have not talked to management yet. The office staff does not answer phone calls and does not respond back to left messages. I'm pretty disappointed with my service this go around.

Jordan and his new team did an awesome job with my move, they took great care of my personal items and efficiently moved me out of my 2nd floor apartment to my new home even in the rain.

I believe the guys that assisted us in our move did a very good job. Everything was well packed well loaded and then unloaded. The primary issue at the moment however, is that there was damage to one chest of drawers that the damage paperwork was fully prepared, but yet no one from the office has followed up with me on a resolution or solution to that damage.

I’ve used two men and a truck numerous times and have always been quite pleased. Would recommend to anyone. ????????????

Robert and Sedrick worked hard, moved quickly and efficiently. I appreciated their willingness to be flexible in their moving schedule as we had an additional delivery stop. Because I had several really large pieces, I probably should have asked for a 3rd person so as not to put so much strain on these two young men. They did a great job and with a wonderful attitude!
