This was the second time that I have used the company. My last experience was over 15 years ago. I trusted my instinct and chose them over several other companies that I was unfamiliar with and that were quoting me a higher price. I had an heirloom wash stand that my mother gave me they got the washstand here and the pitcher. My basin bowl was missing I called the company first. They were supposed to call me back. I haven’t heard back so I called the truck driver and he was supposed to search the truck. I have texted him 2 more times and no response the mirror was damaged but not broke I can glue that but I need the bowl.

The three gentlemen that packed the pod were fast, courteous, and respectful of my things. They handled the loading in a organized way. I was truly happy with the results.

I would to recognize the 3 young men that did an amazing job with my move. These young men were extra careful, prompt, and above all professional with service.

The 5 gentlemen and 2 trucks that arrived were very punctual, took time to introduce themselves and let us know what the process would be for our move. They took great care to wrap all items and worked fantastic as a team! All items were delivered and unpacked and put in the exact place I instructed them to! No items were damaged and I so appreciated how polite and courteous all of them were!
