The communication from the office to the drivers was excellent. The two men assigned (Randy and Gary) to this small move were superb.
It was done in a timely, courtesy and efficient manner.

When I made the reservation and called three times to set up my date I was never told a deposit was required and I sat home on a Saturday morning waiting for movers to arrive. When they didn't I called and was told by Christine that I didn't make a deposit. When I told her no one ever told me that and I would like to be compensated if I choose to move forward with the move she told me they would have to check the recordings to see if I was pretty much lying about not knowing about a deposit She never apologized once to me. Terrible customer service on her end but the movers were polite and efficient

The moving team was courteous, fast, efficient, careful, and very professional. Brian, the driver and team leader, was exceptional. He directs his crew expertly and his years of experience are obvious. Mustafa and Aaron were also fast, efficient, courteous, and careful. Above all, they were all very patient with our indecision on where to locate pieces of furniture. We could not have asked for a better moving experience or nicer, more polite group of young men.
