James and DeShawn arrived on time, were professional and friendly. I would say that they were MORE than excellent; they were far superior! They were a cohesive unit that worked well as a team that treated our belongings with the utmost care and they made sure that when they unloaded our items at our destination they placed our things exactly as we wanted them. They are "top shelf!" I don't know what you pay them, but they need to be some of your highest paid guys!

This is my third time using this company and it will likely be my last. There always seems to be a miscommunication between the price I am quoted and what I end up paying. As someone who is retired and on a fixed income this is very frustrating. Also, this time I was given a specific time that the movers would arrive to my storage place and they arrived 5 hours past the time I was originally provided. My son-in-law was the one who met up with them because I am not physically able to. When I received the call I told him to go to the storage place and then I received a call that they would not be able to make it so he had to go back home. It was very inconvenient. I understand that things come up but the company needs to have protocols in place so that customers are not inconvenienced.

The moving team of 4 guys was nothing short of fantastic. Great attention to detail, and the team lead went out of his way to ensure nothing was damaged. Enjoyed working with them. The only 2 items to point out overall: 1) Your website is very easy to use, but when I requested a high level estimate based on the square footage of my house it came back with $3,000. While I knew that was too low, I didn't expect a final cost of $8,500. I'd suggest an adjustment with how your website prices a move - I consider it a bit misleading. 2) The estimator who did come to the house called me 3 days before the move and was concerned he had under estimated the cost. That was too late for me to get an alternative quote. Original estimate ended up being correct, but that interaction wasn't good.

I was disappointed with the number of wall indentations during the move into our new home. I was most disappointed in the fact that the back screen door wire mesh was punctured and pushed in. Now I have to find someone who can repair my screen door wire mesh. I've used Two Men and a Truck before and they were excellent. I had a new crew this time and the experience was not the same.

The men were very polite and did a great job. They were late because the truck wouldn’t start but called to say they would be late and why.

The office team seemed to not understand that my move was a split move with storage between pick up and delivery. The moving crew believed they were moving me to my new address on the day of pick up. The crew were unable to get all of my belongings onto the truck after 5 hours (a 2 BR townhouse). They were going to the storage facility to unload and then come back for what remained. This put me in a bind as I had other appointments. I had no choice, so I was told it would be about 1.5 hrs. 1.5 hrs later, they called to say they were still waiting at the storage facility. No one was there and it was locked. A manager was reached to go unlock. They returned 4 hours after leaving and finished 10.5 hrs after starting. I need for this to be made right. I am not happy.

Jordan and Marcus out of the Lawrenceville, Ga office were an excellent team! They took care with everything and didn't even mind that I am OCD. LOL The office personnel were also amazing. Karen and the gang helped me from my very first contact with them. Don't think twice...experience worry-free moving with the Lawrenceville office of Two Men and a Truck!

This is my third move with your company. I am a senior citizen and moving is an over wheming experirnce. When I hire Two Men and a Truck I know my precious possessions are in good hands. Two men that took care of this move were wonderful. They treated me like their own Grandmother with a smile on their face. I will use your company for any future moves and recommend you to all of my friends. It's rare these days when seniors are treated so nice. You you have a gem with men who made my move for me.

The men were very professional and they worked very organized as a team in a timely manner. I was well informed by the team leader of the entire process, he also answered all my questions before the move. I will definitely recommend them and if ever move again use these guys I was very please with the job they provided.

Marcus and Carlos were great!!! Very professional and went above and beyond what I expected!!! Will definently use 2 men and a Truck again!!!!!
