The team I had gave great attention to detail in protecting my belongings and made this the best moving experience I've ever had.

We used Two Men and a Truck before so scheduled with them again. I was informed I would receive a call a week before the move to confirm but finally 3 days before the move I called so that I could confirm. The movers were to arrive at 9:30am on Saturday but I received a call that morning at 7am saying the movers were out late and wouldn't be there until 11am. They arrived at 12pm, at least two of them. The third mover did arrive at 2:30. They ran out of tape but continued packing the truck until it filled up but before they were able to take everything to storage. Only after I called did they adjust my charges for over billing for the third mover being late but I never received an adj. for the incomplete move, after many calls to the office. As a result I cannot recommend using them.

The movers were courteous, but young and inexperienced. They had a hard time calculating the hours of actual work (after taking lunch and 2 breaks). After they left, we realized one of the bookshelves was badly scratched and a large picture frame was broken.

The two employee that came to handle my move were amazing. They were professional and had a great attitude! I really appreciate their hard work!

James and his team did a great job! They were timely, professional and balanced expediency with care very well.

Moving Team was good. Evidently one member of the 3 man team had minimal experience and required more direction from the lead mover. Move consisted of just furniture, but most was larger pieces and difficulties occurred in both the loading and especially the unloading, thus additional time was required which well exceeded the estimated time requirement. Moving Team stayed busy and worked straight through...

Only problems were items left on truck (still to be delivered) and potted plants left behind.

The movers we're excellent but the people out of state were not good at all. Apparently your call rolls over if locals not available. The local person was very good.
