Multiple items were damaged in the move process. The movers themselves were very upfront and apologetic about this, but the staff handling the claim have not been very engaged or responsive. It has now been two weeks since my move and I have received no updates on the status of my claim.

Collin and Ryan were very pleasant and friendly. They were easy to work with to get my items moved in a timely manner. This is the 2nd time I used the service and found it to be very reliable.

The moving team was great. The guys were fun to work with. They all worked their butt's off!

My only complaint is the door frame when moving my furniture and they forgot to take a collapsible dresser in my daughters closet other than that very kind guys.

The moving team was excellent. The two fellows picked up the load in basement of a home and drove about 1150 miles, had two drop offs with the final destination a storage unit. Every things was handled great with great and friendly attitudes. Paperwork was well explained. I would recommend your company based on the great representation of these two fellows. Very happy.
