Late arrival- I had to move my closing to accommodate. And that was challenging
1 mover short, needed 3
Movers had no tools, I supplied mine for the necessary disassembly/reassembly
Lead mover- was not properly trained to be lead. It was obvious
Items were moved that I specificed not to move- and then broken.
Paid for mattress bags, found them all unused
Move delayed- truck stuck at new drive

Awesome and hard working respectful guys great team and energy did an amazing job will hire them again for my next move

Moving service was horrible. The 3 guys were inexperienced at moving and packing items in the truck. Furniture was disassembled and moved but not put back together. Screws were misplaced from items. 2 of my furniture pieces were damaged. Service was slow and unorganized. Took 9 hours and they didn’t even complete the work. I believe I was overcharged despite a discount due to poor service.

The movers were on time, courteous, efficient, and didn’t waste time. Thanks so much for sending a great team to help with my move.

We had a complicated move with multiple stops. Our moving team not only did all of the heavy lifting that me and my mother couldn't do, but they also helped my mother finish putting some of her things together for the move. They took apart and put back together our beds, which was a huge help, and were respectful of us and our items. We will be using them again for future moves!

the junk removal was done. The only thing they forgot, was the other half of the desk in basement. Other than that, I was completely satisfied.

The two men that came to move us started out fine but by the time the reached the final destination they just but boxes and furniture anywhere. They left my entertainment center on its end in the kitchen. They also damaged my husband's desk. I had used Two Men and a Truck out of Athens for prior moves, but last week's experience was not up to par.
