We were extremely pleased with both inside customer service and the moving team. The movers consisted of Carlos (supervisor), Marcel and a new employee Jarred. The entire team was very professional and super polite. Our expectation was for your company to manage the large furniture and we would handle the smaller boxed goods. When Carlos witnessed us struggling with some heavy boxes he stopped what he was doing to lend a hand. They went above and beyond to make sure the move was as stress free as possible. Just what we needed at that time. I will certainly recommend your company to others who are in need of hiring a moving company. I was first in contact with the Smyrna office who quoted me 3 Trucks and 6 Men. She communicated the date was available but had to confirm some of our items to be moved but did not confirm our date and lost the date. I was then sent to another location and a person came out and stated that we only needed 2 trucks and charged more money. Movers arrived and completed our upper floor and stated their person who came had missed the quote and they needed another truck. Another truck was sent and they could only send one truck to our new home that day and kept 2 trucks at the lot that day due to DOT regulations. Furniture was left in our old house and my husband had to go and work until midnight to try and retrieve our furniture. The initial 4 movers worked hard but overall bad experience.

Movers arrived on time, went straight to work. They worked non-stop, no breaks. Finished my move in 2.5 hours. They were great.

Tony, Shannon and Ricky were awesome. These guys worked well together. The crew handled my furniture with care and moved everything within a timely matter. If I or anyone I know plans to move I would definitely share my experience with this crew.

We were quite pleased with how quickly the move went. The crew took great care with our belongings and nothing was lost or damaged. We don't intend to move again but if we do we will call on 2 Men and a Truck again.
