I will recommend your company to everyone that asks me for a moving company referral. Your employees (office and gentlemen that completed the move) were kind, knowledgeable and made this move a dream.

Good except there was a trainee there ( free of charge) and he didn't pan out. He wasn't properly moving the furniture with care - ended up not showing up at the new house after lunch. There was some wall damage to the new house (and old) that I reported and a guy called me to follow up ( which was great) but then he canceled the appointment ( last minute due to his wife having some eye surgery) and told me he would come that Friday, but never showed. STILL HASN'T COME by or even called me. That's not very good customer service. The movers were nice and I have no complaints with them. Damages happen. Walls get nicked and tricky corners with stairs + heavy pieces will undoubtedly cause issues. That's fine and acceptable. No call no show on repairs, NOT ACCEPTABLE. Still looking at damages

My move was very short notice and y'all took the stress away and thanks to the men that moved the stuff I was late meeting them and they were professional and courteous

The crew that actually moved my furniture were fantastic.

I couldn't have received better service. The young men assigned to my move were courteous and very respectful of my property and time. The office staff was very helpful in all aspects of my move. I would definitely use Two Men and a Truck again and recommend them to friends.

Overall the move was good,
With the exception of not attaching a mirror to the dresser, just resting on top .
Stopped asking where we wanted things set towards the end of the job.

Channon and Dondre were awesome! They moved me from a house to a third floor apartment and somehow didn’t seem to tire. They were considerate and careful with all my stuff from start to finish. I did try talking them into letting me buy them beer to enjoy at the end of the workday. They politely declined, informing me that Channon doesn’t drink and that Dondre was underage. In a year when I move again I’ll definitely use Two Men and a Truck, requesting the same two men.

I had a piano before I moved, now I do not. Your negligence caused my piano to fall from the back of the moving truck and hit the ground. Steinway says it is a total loss, but now you are standing behind the standard moving insurance of 60 cents per pound because that’s all you have to. The crew chief sent two people out to get the piano off the back of the truck. The insurance adjuster even said that it was two heavy for only two people.

I want my piano replaced. Insurance should only cover accidental damage, not negligent damage.

Two men and a truck owe me a piano. I expect you to stand behind your work.

I enjoy using a local company, particularly if they're as good as --or better than-- national ones.
The office staff made it easy to do business with TM&AT. The pricing model was clear and understandable.
Everyone was courteous and professional...from office staff to moving team. All appreciated having our business and understood the nature and importance of their in-person dealings with customers. Thanks for a fine job. If we have another such move, we'll call y'all first.
