Since they came to my home I’ve done medication missing from my dining-kitchen area The younger gentleman sat in my dining room without permission to do so. They had to move an item upstairs only. So I’m not sure why he was in my dining room or if he took the medicines but 2 new prescriptions are missing. They also asked if I had work gloves, they need to have their own supplies. I was also told 3 men were coming due to it being a heavy item to move upstairs but only two came and damaged the top of my armoire!! I will not use 2 Men and a Truck ever again.

I am truly sorry to hear about your experience. Our leadership will be in touch with you regarding your damaged items and will work with you to rectify the situation. We take accusations of theft very seriously. Should you believe that to be the case, please contact the authorities and file a report. We will accommodate their requests for the guys information and make them available to the authorities should they deem this to be necessary.

Everything was good but I didn't know I had to pay an extra 155 dollars for traveling fee. I paid 310 in total just to get them to move my stuff from upstairs to downstairs. I feel like I was blind side with the extra 155 fee

I don't remember how I first heard about Two Men and a Truck but thought it was a couple of hard working guys trying to make a living. That was several years ago. Have seen many of the trucks around and thought it was a growing company but still could be somewhat personal. I saw an ad about one of your movers and a nd how impressive his work was. A company that shows recognition about the employs speaks volumes to me about the company.
Got your number off of a Truck and called. The guys were great, worked well together, never heard a cross word form any one, very professional, for their work done, very courteous and friendly.

I had a wonderful experience with Two Men and a Truck! The office staff was professional, kind, helpful, and responded immediately to my needs. The crew showed up on time, did a great job, and was very professional as well. It was a great experience from the first phone call to the end when they called to see if all went well! I will definitely use them again and tell my friends!!!!
