Bobby was amazing! I had issues with payment and he worked with me and I appreciate how kind he was about it

They took very good care of my china. Although when I called the Wednesday before the move to make sure my husbands Green Egg was on the inventory list and to take off a dining room table, I was told that it was done. The day of the move, they broke the cap to my husbands Green Egg and then informed me that no one put it in the inventory list like I had requested earlier in the week. Once we started unpacking boxes yesterday, I had noticed that a family hierloom, a large hand carved swan is missing. I watched them load it on the truck but it never came off the truck. My husband was here when they unpacked the speed box that it was suppose to be in, I was still on route to the house, because they also misjudged the amount of room they needed and I have three suv/truck loads of stuff left.

My initial communication with Marya was extremely professional and helpful. She was pleasant, patient and very accommodating with discussing my needs. Although, I requested a specific team, the team that did arrive were extremely professional. In addition, Marya reached out to me during my move as well as after to make sure all went well. Thanks to your entire staff for showing how you value your clients. Customer service goes along way!

These guys were great! They did a very good job. I had a few bumps and scratches on furniture but nothing that was out of the normal for a move!

The quality of the movers, there was a older gentleman who basically worked by himself. He had a young teenager about 18-19 years old who barely worked. During the moved my 60 inch flat screen was dropped by the teenager and both along with my fiancé saw it and they both denied it. I’m not sure who broke the leg on the sofa but they place the sofa down and said the sofa is leaning something not right. We lifted the sofa and one of the legs was broke. Before they they decided to take off I started counting my TVs and I notice one was missing so I ran to the truck and the 28 year old was standing in the back of the truck by my tv and I said that you all to bring my tv you standing by in. So then the 18 year old brought the tv inside the house, they where going to pull off with the tv.

The team was on time and focused to hit my impossible goal of 4 hrs to empty a 3bdrm house and relocate everything to another. Im pleased.

I was extremely happy with the service and attitudes of the movers. They made the move so much better! They were organized and were conscientious about my time since I paid by the hour. They were focused and hard working and never complained about the stairs either. Great job!

This is the first time I’ve used a proffessional moving company. The experience was incredible. From my initial contact to obtain general information to having my move completed everyone was very professional and made me feel as though my move was their highest priotity. My moving team was incredibly efficient and took great care to make sure my belongings were packed to guarantee safe arrival to my new home. My experience was nothing short of superior.

All went fine until they put my antique bike on top of my new bench that is part of my dining table, unwrapped. Bench was marked up and fender on bike damaged. Found a dining room chair broken after the moved. They tried to shrink wrap the damage to keep the part together that broke off.
