Myra was great to work with and continued to keep us notified when we had multiple changes on our end. Our moving trio of Brock, Bobby and Desmond were amazing. They had good communication, were courteous, engaging, quick, and no damages to our items. I'd use this team again. Thanks for a great move!

The moving team (Bobby, Desmond & Robert) were very efficient and took care of our household items like it was their own. They were very professional and made sure that we were satisfied with the placement of boxes and furniture. You could tell they enjoyed what they were doing even though it was hard work. Thanks guys for making our move a pleasant experience.

I am completely satisfied with the service provided with the exception of a chatty packer. Paying per hour is okay, but if a loquacious packing personnel cannot pack and talk at the same time, the I would have preferred silence. I found it to be that the person doing the faster packing was the person not doing all the talking. Service was great. Not one item broken. Everything arrived unscaved. Even offered the moving team a meal and they professionally declined.

The only "good" rating vs the "excellent" I gave was because one of the movers seemed to have trouble with some of the items - especially the heavier ones - toward the end of the move. He may be a new hire and is still working his way up, but I think this slowed down the team keeping them working longer and my total cost higher.

They were courteous and respectful. The move was done in a timely and efficient manner. There was not any stalling or wasting time and the cost was less than I expected! Thank you guys! And the office staff was fantastic! I would definitely use/recommend again!
