Lots of damage to furniture and home. Price changed while loading. Items left at old home that required additional expenses.

I hired 3 movers for a small move because of my piano. Still coming down the stairs they broke the front leg off my piano. It’s been two weeks. Waiting for repair. With 3 people my piano should not have been damaged.

Would recommend moving men to clean up bag wrappers they used.

After a last minute moving disaster, I was desperate to find moving services. From the first moment I called, they turned my anxiety to calm. Not only were they able to accommodate my move last minute, they were also able to do it in such a timely manner, with an amazing and helpful attitude. Our two movers went above and beyond to help us move and even disassemble some of our more complicated items, and they stayed later than we originally estimated because we thought we had less stuff than we really did! Through it all, we couldn't have done it without everyone involved.

Office Staff and the guys that came out were so great! They worked quickly and carefully! They also had smiles on their faces while lifting and moving heavy objects. They truly appeared to care and enjoy what they were doing!

They didn't know how to use the dolly. they had no tools, and had to borrow mine, which were not returned immediately. Care of antique furniture was poor. Were willing for me (over 70) to move things they didn't know how to do.
