Not the service I expected from the awesome reviews I read. The staff was kind and clean. However many items were damaged. The company did come and fix them (they paid professionals to repair furniture/floor that was damaged) and we’re happy to do what was right but overall I don’t plan to hire them again in the future.

Two men and truck crew showed up on time , they did a good job preparing the furniture to for loading , with the exception of one sofa that was not covered at all, and one mover was trying to move by himself, and it was damaged . We moved the furniture into storage the crew did not do very good of packing into storage we had to redo it later to be able to store our boxes. I tried to help by running the elevator for them I should directed the packing. The crew worked very hard they just needed a better leader, who by the way was the one who did the damage to our sofa, working as the lone ranger.

1st of all you should change your name to 2 boys and a truck. Main guy. Who had worked with you for a while seemed to know what he was doing. Jeremiah was new, it was his 1st time. This was obvious as he didn't really know what to do. The other guy had to repeatedly tell him what to do. And how to lift things and move them. This took a whole lot more time. And they didn't take the feet off of the sofa when moving it out of the bedroom therefore damaging the door frame and forced the door knob into the wall which put a hole in it. This was very upsetting. I had to tell them to take the feet off.

I would have rated everything “excellent” if the rocker/recliner that my disabled son used for some relief from pain had not been destroyed. Tyler and Morris were very, very accommodating....it was a long, hard day and I think they were worn out.

Two tvs were destroyed, and a piece of furniture was scuffed. They showed up with no tools to disassemble anything.

The three guys did a good job and had a good attitude. Had a little damage, but hopefully will be resolved soon.

a lamp was broken during the move I filled out the proper paperwork and haven't heard a word back from anyone regarding the replacement of my lamp.
