The guys were great, but it was a little careless. A lot of my stuff got banged up and scratched. They say they wrap it, which they do, but the legs aren’t protected and they do not take enough precautions to leave them unwrapped. One piece of furniture actually had the leg broken off, it they offered to fix it on the spot, so no problem. Overall very nice guys but generally pretty careless with your stuff.

Overall, it was a good experience. They came with 2 trucks. I was told they would call before arriving, but no one called. The trucks just showed up. 1 truck was 15-30 minutes behind the other, but they started charging me for when the first truck showed up. They were moving us into a smaller house and a storage unit. It took almost 2 hours to load and about 1.5 hours to unload. They did cause damage to multiple items. They didn't have me sign any paperwork until they were finished which was not what they were suppose to do. The guys were friendly and nice.

I feel like I was robbed. I was quoted a price that were way less than what I paid. The movers took too much time deciding who would move my heaviest furniture and even tried to charge me more for additional movers. There are also furniture parts that are missing and I have not received a return call about the items.Moreover it have scratches on my dresser that were not accounted for.Never again.

Movers did not leave boxes where they were labeled for. They needed to be baby sat. Stood around didn’t follow directions. Damage home and personal property.

The movers were courteous and careful. Even with one minor mishap that resulted in some damage, the office acted quickly to enact a remedy. Good, competent, caring company.

The movers were very nice and hardworking. However, they were careless with some of my furniture. I had a few pieces damaged and a glass top table was broken when taken out of the truck. It was not intentional just needed to be placed in a more proper location.

House had been freshly painted. While moving in the washer & dryer, the walls were scuffed up in a couple of places. The movers apologized and offered to have someone come out and repair. I had some paint left over so I touched up the walls myself. Everything else went smoothly. The guys were friendly, hard working, and respectful. Overall good experience. Would definitely use again.

Arrived 2 hours late
Some items that were to be moved were left behind
Items damaged during moved
Fhardwood floor scratched up along with walls
General Manager, Scottie was very rude over the phone. He did not come out to look and see what my complaint eas about. I called him twice and also informed he that he sent three kids out and only two of them were actually working. He was more concerned with intemidating me to sign the form and pay.

I used this service because I wanted care taken with my items. They damaged half of my furniture and would do nothing but give me $160 for the damage. Worst service I have ever gotten. I am becoming a real estate agent and will tell all of my clients not to use this service.

Broke leg on chest, broke shoe rack it fell off truck, dented the top of the dryer. Was contacted the next day by the office to see how things went explained the the issues was told that the customer care would reach out to me the next day on the issues. It has been 2 weeks and still have not heard from anyone. Will be using someone else from now on.
