The experience was horrible. The movers were unprofessional and lazy. I called the supervisior at the office, he was not helpful and very uncaring. I will never use this Two Men and a Truck ever again.

I called on the weekend and the answering service did not follow the usual question sequence you have. The men had a hand truck that had a broken axel and they explained they can only use what the company provides. I did not like them having to take more time AND effort necessary because the equipment to move my belongings is broken. Thank you

They showed up a little before the time they were scheduled for my move from an apartment to my new home. They broke a television stand and denied that they did. Also, they scratched the floor with one of my chairs. Resolution is pending.
