Courtney and the office was incredibly helpful and attentive to detail. The 2 men who handle to my move work absolutely amazing and the lead member of the team was outstanding and is hopeful a being rewarded financially for the job he does to preserve and enhance the reputation of 2 men and a truck. Based on my experience I will use your service again.

I explained the bedroom furniture assignment for each suite 3 times and they still got two rooms (of3) mixed up and I had to get help to help me straighten that out that evening. I also asked them not to stack boxes on top of each other because I cannot lift them and they still stacked them 3 high in every room. I don't contribute to lack of caring I think they just had so much going on but I couldn't remember everything but they should have taken notes. My instructions were not that complicated. overall I'm satisfied and will use again if I need to move again

I was disappointed that somehow communications got crossed and they called to tell me they were on their way at 9:00 when I had asked for noon. After making alternate arrangements, I was able to let them in and they got quickly to work. But they used our handtrucks without asking (in addition to using their own); I didn't mind them using them, but it's polite to ask first. They also used our two packing pads, and we only got one back. From the time I'd set up the move, we sold two pieces of furniture, so we just wanted them brought downstairs, not moved on the truck. They charged $35 per piece, and it had to be cash to bring those downstairs; I was so angry, I almost said, "OK, then take them up to the 3rd floor of the apartment as originally agreed." $70 to do less work--crazy!

My movers were great they were very hard working polite and very efficient

The two movers were pleasant, respectful and extremely kind and patient with our elderly mother. Our dad died less than 24 hours before the move so we were all a bit shellshocked. They were amazing.

Fantastic experience end to end! Everything was better than expected from the initial call setting up the service to the actual move. The two men who came to my house to help to move the furniture in the house were some of the best I have worked with and I have moved many times. I can't say enough great things about you guys. Would definitely recommend and use you again! Thanks for making this so easy.

Two Men was so professional from start to finish. They called 30 minutes prior to arrival as requested, took great care of our possessions and were very friendly.

Two Men & Truck delivered. We had actually had issues with our closing which caused us to have to cancel and then get it back on schedule in the same day. The office team was very helpful in supporting this. Octavius and his crew took great care with our belongings, communicated well and overall had great attitudes about any and all challenges that came their way. Overall this was probably the easiest move I've done over ~9 occurrences.

The team contacted me when they were on their way to the house. They arrived early, looked at what needed to be moved, reviewed the paperwork with me and went to work. They were efficient and orderly with the task, yet willing to slow down and answer any questions or concerns we had during the process. The gentlemen knew their job and did it well.
