I am very irritated the entire experience and I have damage that has not been addressed. I am not easy to please but they were late and they complained that I did not tip them enough. The older driver complained and the younger driver apologized to me later. I gave them 60 dollar tip for 5 pieces of furniture and I thought that was okay. I didn't know I probably would have given him more when he complained but I didn't have any. One of the first things he said when he arrived was = I want you to know we work for tips so we would appreciate it if you take that in mind. Then they damaged a small piece of my mothers antique dresser. I saw him trying to put the broken piece back on and then I saw it and he said he would report it and he took pictures. They called and never came out.

My estimate stated the movers would be at my location between 1:15-1:30. At 2pm I called for an update. The customer service person told me there was a 3 hour window. I asked if she knew when they would be there and she said no. She was VERY unwilling to do anything. A different customer service person called be with an ETA and went above and beyond in providing me information. There was a very different experience between the first person and the last person I had contact with.

Setting up the move worked perfectly..I was given an appointment between 1-3pm...I was told if that was to change due to delay in morning move I would be notified...At 4:30 I still had not heard from you...When I tried to call, many numbers that I had, all I got was a call center who had no idea who the movers were or how to contact them..All other numbers went to voicemail stating my call would be returned within 24 hours. Finally I heard from movers at 4:45 stating they would be there between 5-5:15..At 5:30 still no movers, I call again and learned they were now arriving...My move that was promised between 1-3 stated at 5:45...After that all went well except the move team was absolutely exhausted...Next time if I have a need to use 2 men and a truck I schedule a morning appt only

Jeremy and Rocco were professional and so nice to work with. Their attitudes were professional and they worked nonstop for 4 hours in hot and humid weather conditions with no complaints! They were also cautious with belongings. I would definitely want to work with them again on my next move.
