The team arrived on time, got right to work. They were very efficient and the move went smoothly.

They offered the lowest rate of 4 companies I obtained quotes from, and my move was completed entirely in one day over 200 miles away.

I have used your company twice. This was the first time I used this particular franchise. It was awful. They broke things and damaged every piece of furniture. They literally dropped the sofa in a stairwell and got the dining room table stuck in the same stairwell. It was an exterior concrete set of stairs. They showed up to unload in beach shorts and were so unprofessional. Left moving debris on the property. Just an awful experience. Took forever to return some money for the damage. They refunded what I paid for the insurance which paid for the things that were broken beyond repair but the furniture is still scratched and looks bad.

The moving team was incredibly efficient, careful, courteous, and professional. This was my best moving experience so far! I also really liked the website and process for scheduling online.

After movers left, i noticed a few nicks in the walls where they brushed furniture by but did not report to me. I saw at least 3 edges that will need to be repaired. Slightly disappointed but would hire again.

These were the best movers we have ever had. They were prompt, kept us updated on their arrival, took perfect care of all of our stuff and our home. They were wonderful!!!!!

Octavious and Saeed were great! They moved quickly, were careful with my things and were very pleasant. They made my moving experience easier than I thought it would be...greatly exceeded my expectations!
