I’ve used Two Men and a Truck for each of my last four moves. After less-than-stellar experiences with low price movers, I wanted a company I could trust to be timely, work quickly and take good care of my belongings. Two Men and a Truck delivered on all of my expectations, and every team of movers I’ve worked with have been kind, professional and a pleasure to work with. They go out of their way to ensure everything is taken care of and they always seem to enjoy their work and working with each other. I’ll never move again without using Two Men and a Truck.

They emptied a storage unit in Atlanta and drove to Texas. They arrived earlier in the day than I expected, but that was fine!

The packing was fine, however, I was there waiting for the movers to let me know they were finished so we could do a walk through. I finished a phone call and looked out the window and the truck was gone. I quickly left to catch up to them so I could show them where to park to unload at the destination. The unloading was also fine, however after the movers left we realized that they had forgotten two items. I called Victor to let him know and he told me he would call the following morning which he did. He told me that he was booked that day but would come pick up the forgotten items on Saturday. I have not hear anything from him since. I had to take time away from work and borrow a friend's trunk to pick up the items myself. I would like to talk to someone about a refund.

They showed up early, which was great ! Very friendly and professional. Will recommend to anyone needing movers.

The moving team was very impressive. they worked very fast and very carefully. They had parked in the street as my driveway was steep and so had to move everything down the driveway. They treated my "stuff" with care and respect. The only problem I had was the company billing procedure: I had put the initial pre-move deposit on a debit card. I should have checked with the office staff beforehand how the final bill would be handled. At the end of moving day I had planned to put the cost on a credit card but the cost had to be billed to the card used earlier. I could not remember what I had used for the initial deposit so I signed the final paperwork. The amount debit overdrew my bank account and went into an emergency overdraft procedure. I wish I had had a choice to use a credit card.

The team was great, and very customer service oriented. They arrived on time, and took care of business. It was a nice touch for the manager to actually show up just to see how things were going. He even pitched in for a spell. I was told that they would bring plastic wrap for furniture, but they did not. Luckily I had purchased some for them to use. I would definitely use your services again.

My experience was positive. We have used Two Men and a Truck for several moves before and have always been very pleased with the exceptional service. We were not disappointed with this move. The office staff was courteous and provided all the information up front that was needed to make a decision on our move. The movers were pleasant, efficient, and very professional. They provided excellent customer service and worked hard to complete our move within the projected time frame. They took care of our possessions and I am very pleased with the service that I received. I will definitely use this moving company again.
