My experience was Horrible, I am still waiting on the Supervisor to schedule a cleaning date with Stanley Steamer to come clean my property; Property was stolen the movers were smoking weed and very unprofessional, the follow up process is non existent- I will never use them again or refer out.

We were satisfied with the overall experience. The communication with the office and lead person on the job was good. I will use your service again. I am not a fan of people asking for tips, even if it is not a direct question. I think maybe having it available on the paperwork as an option would be best. The crew that handled our job was professional and timely. Malcolm, Diego, Lil Mal and went above and beyond. If I were to use your services again, I would love to have that crew again!!

Service was great... completely filled a 26 foot truck and packed everything nice and neatly into a 10x15!!

This team was not as professional and neat as the other team I had tape all over my yard. They also left the storage unit

I've used more inexpensive movers before and had bad experiences. When you go through a company with "contractors" the nice agent who speaks to you on the phone has never met the independent contractor who actually comes to your home and moves your things. Two men and a truck works differently and it is reflected in the service. I've used them to move 3 times and I've always had a great experience.

From talking with Courtney to arrange move to finishing up with Jonathan & Javarous after the move was completed, I was extremely pleased with Two Men and a Truck moving service. We had previously used the company and were very happy. Professional and competent are two words that come to mind when I think of your company. We have such great experiences, we will not hesitate to call for future moving needs.

Our initial contact wasn't clearly explained as we were under the impression that the crew would do a "pack and move". When the crew arrived (on time and ready) we had to do some quick packing so as not to incur any more costs(per hour rates). They were very understanding and, I believe, went a bit "above and beyond" what they were told. We really appreciate the way they handled the situation.
We ended up having to have a follow-up crew come out to moved the rest not transported initially. They were very nice and accommodating as well.
We thank the crews that came out, supervisor/crew leader Mr Calvin(?) I believe, who followed up with us, and will recommend your services if ever we know of anyone needing to be moved by professionals.

They misrepresented how they would wrap and care for my fine antiques. They broke numerous items and jammed most things into boxes without any wrapping. They should no concern for any of my property only how fast they could get the job done. After complaining at the end of the move I was told someone from management would contact me regarding my numerous complaints but after 48 hours I have not been contacted by management. I have moved on 4 previous occasions with never a problem. This was the worst experience I've ever experienced. Would never recommend them ever!
