Octavius and Saaed were GREAT! I moved on a cold day but they still hustled and kept my overall moving time to a minimum. They were very professional and courteous and their attitudes were AMAZING!

I shouldnandacirc;??t have to buy insurance to insure your employees are properly trained, thatandacirc;??s the job of the employer. I understand stuff happens, but if it happens as a result of your employee failing to do their job right, you should own up to it and make it right, but you did not.

Overall the experience was good. I will say that as a company you need to provide a way to tip the movers that allows customers to use a credit card as many people no longer carry cash or are comfortable writing a personal check

First contact with scheduler was very professional. She went out of her way to insure we got moved on the day we needed. The moving team took excellent care of our furniture in both homes, putting down drop sheets to protect the floors, padding andamp; wrapping everything andamp; placing the furniture with precision exactly where desired. They finished the job in less time than estimated and are definitely worth every penny charged.
