Leading up to the move date, I experienced confusing messages. It took a long time to receive an estimate and even receive a erroneous cancellation email. The men that arrived for packing and moving was on time and very professional and worked very hard. The move took longer than estimated (as well as compared to my previous moves). One small complaint, the crew did not install one of my bed frames properly. The slats to support the bed was placed incorrectly (and randomly screwed) and some of the screws were left unscrewed so it poked into the mattress. The bed is not of great value to me, but I wished they would have just told me they didn't know how to install it and I would have done it myself. Overall the crew was very courteous and professional. Will recommend to others.

There was overall care in the work but too many little damages happened. And my shelving units were completely mis handled, no saved parts, essentially rendering them useless after the move after having them for years and several moves.

First I was given the time of 12pm, then the paperwork stated around 1, they showed up at 2:15 only after I called to find out what where they were. The movers did not have tools to take apart my bedroom, which meant one mover spent time calling the main office to see if someone could bring tools, which never happened. If it was not for a friend of mine who had tools AND took apart the furniture, even more time would have been wasted. Since I was charged by the time, having someone calling around to find tools wasted time, also by them coming later than expected we got caught up in Clairemont traffic. Also I was told I was charged $5 for a mattress cover to protect my bed, that did not happen, they moved the mattress uncoverd. The movers were professional.

Our movers were absolutely amazing! They worked efficiently & got done moving under the amount of time they said, so it didn't cost as much as we thought it would. They were so nice as well, & took great care of our stuff. I would request that exact team again if I were to move again! EXCELLENT!!!!

Courtney and the office was incredibly helpful and attentive to detail. The 2 men who handle to my move work absolutely amazing and the lead member of the team was outstanding and is hopeful a being rewarded financially for the job he does to preserve and enhance the reputation of 2 men and a truck. Based on my experience I will use your service again.

I explained the bedroom furniture assignment for each suite 3 times and they still got two rooms (of3) mixed up and I had to get help to help me straighten that out that evening. I also asked them not to stack boxes on top of each other because I cannot lift them and they still stacked them 3 high in every room. I don't contribute to lack of caring I think they just had so much going on but I couldn't remember everything but they should have taken notes. My instructions were not that complicated. overall I'm satisfied and will use again if I need to move again

I was disappointed that somehow communications got crossed and they called to tell me they were on their way at 9:00 when I had asked for noon. After making alternate arrangements, I was able to let them in and they got quickly to work. But they used our handtrucks without asking (in addition to using their own); I didn't mind them using them, but it's polite to ask first. They also used our two packing pads, and we only got one back. From the time I'd set up the move, we sold two pieces of furniture, so we just wanted them brought downstairs, not moved on the truck. They charged $35 per piece, and it had to be cash to bring those downstairs; I was so angry, I almost said, "OK, then take them up to the 3rd floor of the apartment as originally agreed." $70 to do less work--crazy!
